Toyah K. Earls, MA, LBSW, LCDC, CHLC
Toyah K. Earls is a passionate social worker, educator, counselor, and community advocate with over 25 years of experience serving individuals, families, and organizations. Rooted in a holistic philosophy, Toyah’s work centers on fostering wellness, spirituality, and balance in all areas of life. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to transform communities and organizations—one person at a time.
In 2015, Toyah founded Holistic Expression, LLC, a wellness-focused agency providing counseling, consulting, education, and coaching services. Her approach addresses the full spectrum of human experience—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to support lasting healing and personal growth.
Toyah holds a Master’s in Counseling Leadership from Prairie View A&M University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans. She is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW), and Certified Holistic Life Coach (CHLC).
A native of New Orleans, LA, and now a long-time resident of Houston, TX, Toyah brings a deep personal understanding of resilience, having overcome childhood trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and depression. Her lived experiences fuel her commitment to prevention, wellness, and empowerment.
She has partnered with numerous organizations—including United Health Group, Lone Star College, CFISD, and Fighting Defenders Youth Athletic Organization—to champion holistic, inclusive support systems for underserved communities.
In addition to her professional roles as educator, mentor, group facilitator, wellness coach, and community consultant, Toyah is a devoted wife of 28 years, mother of five, grandmother of seven, and a committed Christian who honors and respects the diverse spiritual paths of others.
Through Holistic Expression, LLC and her community work, Toyah continues to provide compassionate, judgment-free services that honor every individual’s journey toward healing and wholeness.
